Accompli Artisan Bakery
If you have tasted the cardamom buns from Accompli Bakery, then you are familiar with their flavourful baked goods. Natasha is a passionate baker who graduated from PICA (Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts), and continued to study bread-making from the world’s foremost master bakers. After two years of study and experimentation with many different grains, Accompli was launched in 2020 as a local bread delivery service.
Using the best ingredients around with BC-grown, organic heirloom grains, water and sea salt, Accompli’s recipe for bread excellence involves the mastering of long fermentation and proofing to develop flavours and retain nutrients, without the use of industrial yeast.
